My suggestion to the enduro problem be that maybe delaware looks back over the years and contacts as many of the drivers as they can and come up with a suggestion pole that would help or bring back some of the old timers.  Maybe hold a reunion race with a purse that with bring out the #s.  Not just paying for the top 5 but for the efforts of actually putting on a good show.  I have raced with 150 cars and I have raced with  55 cars and I would love to get back to the old days.

Just my 2 cents.

I don't wish to come off rude to everyone, but when you drive down the streets today how many rear drive V8 cars are passing you? Pickups, Dodge's 300 and Challenger, the other Daimler/Dodge abortions, Camaro's and Corvettes, and that's it. The family workhorses, like Ford Fairmonts, Chevy Impala, Malibu, Pontiacs, and anything mid/full size are front drive tin cans now. Last time I walked thru the boneyards in east London, I found one yard with a few good metric cars left.  Not to mention, anyone who has a reasonable chassis, wants rediculous money for Gramma's garaged car.

what would be neat to see is the top 10 - 15 cars that place 1st-15th swap with the last place 10-15 cars that are still running and in raceable condition.

or any car after the race is elegable to trade for another car with out objection of the owner as long as both cars are in raceable condition.

lol that would definetly keep costs down
