I was just curious to hear what my fellow Enduro drivers thought of the new restart procedures. Is it any better than the old standing start after red? Or did you like the 3-wide restart at the line we had on April 30th?
Fans can chime in too if they wish.
PS - A car flips down the frontstretch and there's no mention of it anywhere? C'mon!
Also, heres the Video we shot from the roof of our car. Due to memory card size, it only captured about a third of the race. Heat 2 can also be viewed on my channel. Audio was junk, instead theres music,
I thought the restarts were better than 3 wide standing. We didn't make it out for the feature. So I watched the whole race from the pits and it way better racing.
I wasn't able to make it out yesterday, what did the do for restarts?
They would send out the pace truck to pick up the leader while we were under red. Then the track would throw the yellow and we'd all roll around to where ever the leader was and line up double-wide. One lap of caution then a green rolling start.
