You want passing? Equal them out with weight, some up a little, some down a little, (3000 too much) and invert the top ten in the feature. Pay a bonus if the winner starts at the back.

Just from what we've seen already, I don't think passing will suffer this year. I've never quite bought into the idea that evening out the field leads to less passing anyway.
