After what has transpired in the last year, I can't imagine track membership wouldn't be on the table from the beginning.
As far as cost to the teams; other than the logistics of getting visitors into the pits, the $40 for a NDWS licence was resonable.
Of course, all of that is a debate for another day.

Perhaps I'm just being dense, ( 😯 perish the thought!) but which "what has transpired" are you referring to?

We are a NDWS track, we are not a NDWS. etc. 🙁
We have 2 CASCAR races, we don't have 2 CASCAR races 😥
And I'm guessing the two were inter-related in one direction or the other
