From what I've heard about crate motors not being allowed and 2-day shows for ALSTAR, I'm not sure how successful this will be, but it should be interesting all the same...
There probably will not be any two day format shows at Sauble in 2007. Hopefully they will be on Sunday's of long weekends at Sauble which would free up more cars from other tracks.
I don't think it's fair, nor sensible, for ALSTAR to take all of the long weekends for their races. If they want to get cars, they're better off taking the Canada Day weekend and maybe the Civic Holiday weekend. As long as they schedule around the APC 300 and Summer Sizzler, they'll be ok...
Unless Alstar wakes up and allows the crates and the suspension that the tracks are now running , it doesnt matter what weekend they run , noone will show !
