There could be three major reasons why some are having problems with delawarespeedway.com
a) DNS (Domain Name Service) - the ISP may have updated its DNS server on its primary network router but may have not yet updated it's peer DNS server (secondary) causing a conflict.
b) Delaware Speedway's web host provider may have duplicates of the webpages on two different servers and the redirect of the domain name may not be properly assigned to the websites 'new' pages. This is a common problem with web host providers and web developers ensuring the correct files are in the right directories and naming conventions of the pages (index.htm, default.htm, etc.). In combination with these potential problems, if the website is using Adobe / Flash or other 3rd party application, updates may not be compatible with a users browser. An example of this is Barrie Speedway's website, which I find loads into a browser very slowly at times. Common problems are Java and Adobe flash combinations that conflict with a users browser (Chrome, IE, Opera, etc.) security settings.
c) The website maybe hacked and someone is messing it up.
