Just had another thought. What version of IE are you using? (I am assuming you are using IE) Sometimes when web developers make a site it is done with a certain version of browser in mind and then it gets deployed. After that they work out the bugs with older version viewing issues. I am using IE 8.

Actually, the home page points to the announcment page. When I click on the "New Site" I get a broken page, just a series of the links no pictures, borders etc.
It used to work just fine for me.
BTW - never ever should it matter which browser you use.
Don't know what to say.......Just went there at 2:55pm and had no problem.

Seems this site only works for Ernie, I've internet explorer version 8 still no go, all other track web sites work perfectly. I'm getting same screen as FromTheStands.
I really don't know what to tell you guys. Just tried it again and no problem. Went to an unrelated site, found a Delaware link. Still no problem. All I can say is maybe go to the link I gave earlier and say WTF?
