Good Poins either way, I have been a part of the modifieds for quite a few years now, and do know that the way the cars are now, it adds up in a hurry. No doubt, I do really enjoy the racing these guys put on though, i would not hesitate to say it is one of my favourite classes, usually due to the respect between drivers and not a lot of cautions, allowing for the racers to have some fun. I hope that they can work out a deal to keep this class alive!! good luck and hopefully see everyone at the track in the spring.

Also i know of a modified that is newer chassis style, proven feature winner, and front runner week in and out, that is for sale for a very reasonable price. Just needs the right person to run it

smoking joe you are right there....if these guys could get together and go to the track owners and decide on some common rules...maybe some to bring the costs of these cars down...the tracks running them could add a few invitationals as well...tracks that dont run them might add a show as well...i remember casale had them at octoberfest once or twice and he might add them again and maybe sauble and a few others might bring them in if there are enough of them like they do the hobbies.

if costs were in the thundercar range and people saw some growth you probably would...but if the cost is the same as a late model well i think most would put money in that instead...if there are chassis's sitting around for sale people need to know about them...being that their different most might want to just add a driveline and go from there...
