I was driving along in my tow truck the other day an thought to myself....if delaware made the enduro B div into more of a mini stock div what would the rules be? So i got thinking(which is bad) and heres what i came up with.
4 cyl rules(fwd only) as follows
Min 105" wheelbase 110 max
Weights
Total 1lbs per cc with 8 val eng 2 lbs per cc 16 val motors 3 lbs per cc for dohc V-TEC and all varible valve timing motor depends on lap times!

MAX LS 54%
Max rear 40%

15LBS break for stock windsheild

Camber.
Max 7 deg camber on rf&rr 10 deg lf&lr

Tires
D.o.t tires with tread wear rating min 200 no snows
Springs.

No more then 50lbs spring rate dif from lft to rt ex lf 400lbs rf 450
Rear spring rule  same as frnt can be less o more then frnt

Sway bar must be stock aloud 5 in link dif rear bars maybe removed

Engines.
No bigger then 2.5L sohc and 2.4L dohc.

Heads
No port polishing. No more then .030 off head & .020 cyl over bore.
Stock headers ok if applicable (must show stock number) cams maybe reground to another stock type cam of the same make and model.
Pistons must be stock for that type engine.
Max comp. 11.5 to 1

Intakes must be stock for yr make model cold air intakes ok solid mount throttle bodys on 1 1/2" spacer between intake and throttle body intakes where rubber hose seperates throttle body and intake solid tube ok to connect throttle body and intake at 10lbs r.s weight penalty

No aftermarket ecu's. Reflash is ok but must be done by approved dealers(lol) and must show bill before that days race

After market coils ok
Stock fuel injectors only

Solid motor mounts ok must be in stock location
Transmission.
Any transmission alowd aslong as all gears work

100 lbs weight break for auto . 30lbs min tourque converter weight
Tranny coolers must be mounted in frnt of rad and behind bumper cover

All cars must run open dif no lockers

Stock appearing bodies no alluminum

Fuel pumps must be stock psi for yr make an model maybe external inline pump but must be in a steel box in truck with fire wall all lines must run underneath veichle.

Exhaust.

2 1/2 max O.D must exit 5" in frnt of lr tire and must be flush with rocker panels. No aftermarket headers

Mufflers.

1 cherry bomd(or similar type) stright throw circular muffler must be 25"long

Spoiler (lol) 3" high at 25 deg(still lol at that)
