If we're plugging sponsors for palces to eat prior to the Awards Night.
I may as well suggest Hooters of London. 🙂
Minimum of $5 off your bill maybe better.

It use to be the year end Awards Night was a way for team Owners and Drivers to thank their team for all the hard work they put in all year. A thank to our better halfs for putting up with this addiction call racing that we all have. A year end celebration for a great season and final get together before winter sets in and we all hide in the shop until first practice day. I remember some of this being said at the last Awards Night.
I'm just glad to see what makes the show and brings the money to the track is reguarded like this.
All I can say to the Management is please plan ahead for next year. Not just one month down the road, but all year. Put dates to things like the Programs, say the will be ready by the 4th or 5th night of the season get someone working on it. Go book a loation for next years Awards Night, plan the date now not next September I swear we use to have about 400 people so plan for that number. Get an idea of the cost, talk to the Division Reps, get an idea what a night will cost. Tell the teams. Heck, want my help call me, I spent 22 years planning events to happen that cost upward of $80,000 I know I can help.
Well this banquet isn’t one, without the sponsors, owners or even the wives. They all put up with so much over the racing season but always knew there was a party at the end. Well, this year that isn’t happening for some reason for the people that fork out the money and don’t see their husbands.
Well, I’m one of those wives who is just being push to the side. We don’t see our other halves all summer long, other then if we follow them to track by sitting on the hill on a cold night in our winter coats, buying that track food, and even dragging the kids along with us. To find out we aren’t invited but staff of Delaware will be able to bring their other halves. How is that fair?
