In my opinion they were both driving like twerps. But if it means anything, it looks like Harvick was the instigator on the track.
Afterwards....whatever. Harvick jumped out of the car to try and make a show out of pounding his own chest...and Busch said "screw that".
Yeah...someone could have gotten hurt....but no one did. Boys will be boys, and all that.

PS I could be wrong on this but I was an Earnhardt fan right from his rookie season as a kid, and I don't ever remember him going toe to toe with anyone. He did his talking on the track - where it counted for something.

...as does Kevin. Truly a match made in heaven those two. Seriously...the arrogance of both of them together is pretty astounding. Kevin just gets a better rap becuase he's in Dale Sr's ride and doesn't have that "brat" look like Kyle does.
Other than that, they're pretty much interchangeable. 😉
