this is only an opinion for the breakout rule,,
Instead of a lap time why not all go to an MSD Box with a 5,500 RPM Chip so all cars are the same.

Already spoke to the track on the rev limiter idea, unsure if it got passed to the right people. It goes back to setup a little more and gears then. It will definitely help, but not stop all of it.

The enduro rule book should (in the definition of the division) be no more than 1 page, 1/2 the page for safety stuff the other 1/2 with one big word

I Like the rev Limiter, it will stop people from running high reving create motors or at least make them less of an advantage.  But i am sure those boxes are not cheap which would be a problem.  STOCK  is a good theme for Enduros.
