We caught part of it, when Adam Mason (#43) went to the lead briefly.
Let me switch hats for a moment from Delaware PR to Checkered Flag Media's (CFM’s) rep:
I wish I could put a second camera operator on the Enduro events - - we catch the majority of major things in the event (the operator now has an earpiece to the announcers which has helped focus things a bit), but with such a big field it's tough to catch everyone. The other trouble is two cameras doubles the cost of operating at the event (two operators), and nearly triples the time for editing of the race. We also face challenges from the single camera with audio (balancing the announcer feed with the roar of the engines).
So two things I want to throw on the table here, that might be of great help to everything above:
- If there is anyone interested in volunteering alongside our regular operator on a separate camera at a different angle, I’ll arrange to have you added as part of the CFM media team as a Volunteer Video Operator. CFM is currently allowed two active operators and I have the equipment for you to use. This offer also extends to Friday evenings.
- If I can get about five enduro teams to commit to buying the full-season of enduro races ($15 per event when you buy a full season), I will flat out hire the second operator for the Enduro events.

You should put feelers out to the Board of Education or Fanshawe College John. They may welcome the chance for students in their film / photography programs to get the chance to do something like this. The 'volunteer' part of this may even be eligible for the HS students hours??
