You should think about renting it Larry. You might get close to what you want to sell it for from a guy or group of guys that don't have the space or equipment to run a car but want to try racing. What have you got to lose? Rent plus a charge for haul to the track and back and if they total it take off the good parts and scrap the rest.

This car is straight,csc cage,Horner rear frame and fuel cell mounting,rear load bolts,7.5 rear end with 3.73 gears,sold as rolling chassis,drop in engine and trans.and go racing.$3500 or consider trade for enclosed trailer

Actually, renting is not a bad idea.  I got started at Sunset in 2000 by renting a truck from Bob Phinnimore, then I bought his car at the end of the year.  THE ARRIVE AND DRIVE PROGRAM.
