While driving down Victoria Street in Kitchener, I spotted out of the corner of my eye a large electronic billboard advertising an upcoming concert at Cayuga Speedway. I had heard that there were new owners and they had plans for concerts and maybe even a race later this year.
Does anyone know any details?
