they cancelled everything after canada day (i think that was the day - i'll check the archives here...lol) except for the labour day nascar race.....a number of fans bought year long memberships.......heard they didn't get there money back and some were suing the track...........small claims court i guess

I recently heard the same thing regarding being behind on payments. We bought season tics last year. We received notice that all 2008 events would be included in last years season tickets.
I would say there's more to Nascar's late sked release than Cayuga's woes. Lets face it, NCTS isn't high on Nascar's priority list.

Last communication I got from Cayuga was back in October. As of then everything was hunky-dory for the season, and that all of us season tix holders were getting a freebie for this year too.
