As a fan of JJ since the ASA days , I am of course thrilled to see my boy win his second straight Nascar Nextel Cup in a row. I am wearing my Daytona 500 win t shirt in honour . As mentioned on another thread, the 48 crew took the prize under the existing rules so there is no argument . A victory in todays cup racing is a team win , not just the driver . The 48 Lowes boys are the best team , the most wins this season and the championship . To me, that says it all. ;D

Sorta reminds you of the Rainbow warrior days in there prime.
If it's not Gordon it is good to see a team mate win.
Next year should be interesting with JR on board
