The A&W Racing team and myself would like to thank Arland and Jeff for a great week. We showed up on thursday and got the royal treatment from the Delaware staff, this was not only the great night of racing, but the vip tour of the "Steve Plunkett" Country Cruise in on Thursday and the VIP lounge access for the Sprint Car/modified show on friday night. Also a huge cudos to the fans that attended the weekends events, I can now see why this place is considered the "heart" of stock car racing in Canada. I can only hope that we have this place on the schedule for at least one race again next year. I hope ya'll got a root beer at the autograph session, if not...make sure you come get one next time!!!We obviously did not get the finish we had worked so hard for and essentially deserved last night, i have to see the tape before I make any comments, but like i said last night " I think i will hold off on going to Timmys for a while"!!!!For my first visit to this great character filled racing facility and its fans, i give it two thumbs up and cant wait to go back!!!!!! I wasnt knocking him at all....I am being serious when I say he should get a shot at a win... The guy supports the series big time and travels more then anyone to make the shows.
If anyone deserves a checkered flag he is the one.
