Brighton Speedway, Quinte Mall and six of our drivers have teamed up for the annual Quinte Mall show in Belleville this week on display through till Sunday August 11th. Brighton Speedway volunteers are on hand to answer questions about the upcoming 2010 season as well as many of the drivers throughout the week to answer questions about their cars.
Showing off their 2010 rides in the Quinte Mall are Pro Stock Jamie Marshall with his #55 Monte Carlo and the #9 Canadian Modified driver Matt Vanderlinden as well as Southern Ontario Sprint veteran Dick Mahoney with his Purple Pig Sprint Car. Debuting Brighton Speedways new division for 2010 DIRTcar Pro Late Models are #57 Charlie Sandercock, #77 Caley Weese and the #29 of Phil Potts.
Brighton Speedway and the Quinte Mall are also putting a 2010 season’s pass up for grabs. Fans and mall patrons can enter the draw at the Brighton Speedway table with the final drawing to be Sunday afternoon.
After this week you will find Brighton Speedway cars at the Northumberland Mall in Cobourg from April 12th until April 16th and then straight onto the Motorsports Expo in Cobourg on the weekend of April 17th and 18th. The weekend of April 25th and 26th we will be doing triple duty as cars will be on display at the Brighton Country Living Show, the Northumberland Home Show in Baltimore and in Campbellford at Campbellford Chrysler as they host an open house with Brighton Speedway providing complimentary hot dogs and beverages from 11:30am till 3:00pm. Don’t miss your chance to check out the 2010 line up.
All this excitement leads up to the May 8th Coca Cola Full Throttle season opener. Admission is only $2 with a food donation to the Brighton Food Bank and for that you will receive an exciting night of racing and family entertainment!
