The first event of the 2011 season is set to hit the track this Saturday, January 29th for the Winterfest Oval Ice Races.  With Amateur 4 Wheeler and Snowmobile races, Ice Bikes and an Endurance Race scheduled the action will be hot, even if the weather is not.  The Ice Bus has been busy these past few weeks, laying a base of over 7 inches of ice and snow to form the slippery surface that the racing action will take place on.  A special thanks to all who have helped out, their assistance is greatly appreciated.

Racing action will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, admission is only $10.00 and children under 12 are free on the grandstand side.  Concessions will be open serving hot food and drinks so bundle up and join the fun.

Registrations can be found online at www.brightonspeedway.com and youth waivers can be downloaded and signed in advance.  For further questions or concerns please contact the Speedway Office at 613.475.1102 or email info@brightonspeedway.com.

The Winterfest Oval Ice Races are proudly supported by Trenton Glass & Windows, Battlefield Equipment Rentals, Larry's Towing, Bill's Johns, Rock 107, Dave McDonald Homes, Percy Boom River Rats, Image Landscaping, Star 93.3, Motosports of Trenton, First Place Trailers and Klotz Canada.
