I think we are at about halfway down the wave right now, looking into the trough.

It's a bit of catch up from years before too.

You have so many factors... Management mistakes, economic crisis, bad weather last year, Sunset improvements, lack of drivers moving up, Delaware having more cars and running weird rules for the LLM (Whelen points), Thunder Car based on old parts and old technology that doesn't interest younger drivers, way behind the curve on 16V 4 cylinders... I'm sure I'm missing some here, feel free to insert your own ideas...

Barrie has been in a crisis before if i recall from what ive been told it was shut down some time in the 80's for a season and there was the 97 season that the promotors had no money at the end of the season for Banquets and I remember Dan Lazine the street stock champion that yr paying for the streek stock banquet and buying all the trophies for the top ten drivers, He in my books is a stand up guy, my point is if we all lose hope then it may disapear, It's bounced back before, and i'm sure with some work and maybe it make take new promotors or maybe these guys will soon figure it out on how to make it work, if we all keep a little faith The track can come back to life, there's alot of history here, and alot of history to be made, Lets all work together and help the track we all Love !!!

my faith is dwindling fast. under the current regime it will not prosper! great track, great fans and great drivers. sorry couldn't think of anything else great right now!
