Seems that OSCAAR will be the series that everyone is going to see. After a poor attendance at Flamboro (when it was about 3 degrees out), and so-so attendance at Kawartha, on Saturday by about 7:30, if you didn't have a seat, sorry about your luck. And considering that most of the regular classes were off, most people were there to see the superlates. Quite a few cautions, and some boneheaded moves (can anyone tell me if Gary Passer drives a snowplow in the winter?) but other than that, a pretty solid show.
JOKE !!!!!! Yep great crowd, word is Tech wanted to d/q the top 3 cars , winner Fletcher under weight, 1 1/2 long meeting, Race Director resigned the lunatics are running the asylum ,Tech guys did there job and keep getting over ruled by a spine less members owned club, "there are so few rules that the ones we do have should be easy to uphold" ,weight is a no brainer. Long live the wreck fest cause she won't be around to long if this keeps up.
The line "word out of the tech shed" should be enough for everyone to ignore most of that post. My experience (and I think this board proves it) is that unless someone was actually in the tech shed, most hearsay out of there is usually BS.
