I personally wouldn't argue that any series is the best.
On any given night, the best race IMHO is the one that offers
the most competition - ie you have no idea who's going to
win til the final flag is thrown.  Yes this can be OSCAAR, etc,
but on many nights it's often the thunder cars or mini stocks.

Fastest is another issue altogether ... OSCAAR, Midgets, Supermodifieds,
Sprint cars....

TQ lap times at Barrie are very similar to the fastest Oscaar times...and they ride with their butts three inches off the pavement!!

DEFINITELY a lil strong, how can u say these guys are more entertaining than OSCAAR?!?!?!

Well in 30 plus years of being a race fan I've yet to see a bad TQ feature !!! ( Can you say that about OSCAAR???) And the field is stellar in the T.Q's, as many as 12-15 guys with a shot to win any night!! Now in fairness I have never seen the Midgets on anything but a bull ring other than Pinecrest and pretty hard to remember that when I was 4. And I do enjoy OSCAAR as well, but with the recent problems of that series I think the TQ's have now passed them as the best touring series in the province so I dont think that is a strong statement at all!!! ( I'm excluding the DIRT series as I know jack diddly about dirt racing) 40 plus years running sucessfully speaks volumes!!! This is my opinion only and if you have a problem with my opinion I usually aint hard to find!!

All around, considering ALL factors, the Can-Am Midgets probably are the best touring series in the province...It's one of the longest running and most consistently competitive regional series anywhere, actually...not just Ontario.
