So feel free to come on down and race under your rules is what I make of that JOE.. As mentioned you wont get Barrie points which makes sence cause their letting you race without the Nascar licence.. And I gather you would be paid out for whatever position you happen to finish and wouldn't receive last place money as Marty did when he raced last year under the Varney rulebook.. So that is one positive change they have made as it relates to "outsiders" racing at Barrie Speedway..
