Just for everyones information. Neil Green who was the corner 2 flag person and very well known in the racing circle has passed away. Barrie speedway had a minute of silence in memory of Neil at the beginning of the evening events on Sat.

Barrie Speedway mourns the loss of Neil Greene. Neil is sadly missed by his friends, colleagues ,drivers, pit crews and race fans. His loyalty and devotion to our sport and the people he loved will never be forgotten. Neil will always hold a special place in our racing family's heart and we will all smile once again when retelling the stories of turn 2.
