hmmm, i will probably have to purchase one of these units as long as it is within the rules....seems lke a great idea and only a matter of time til it is in the rukes to ahve one.

I to would like to run a radio it would help for black flags.

All divisions at delaware have had to run 1 way radios for the last couple years. It does help speed up the show with line-ups after cautions. From experiance, spend the extra on the better ear pcs. It is well worth while. Remember that these are a ONE-WAY radio. Driver can not talk back to the crew nor can you talk to him (supposedly). Only track officials can talk to them.

If you have a portable scanner you can use that. The frequency at Sunset is 450.000.0 if I remember correctly.

I am sure they are cheap to buy used somewhere and then you can use it to listen to your neighbours cordless phone convos and well er um baby monitors that pick up mom and dad next door behind closed doors.
