next is one way radios, hopefully, to make havuing the transponders worth it.
Flammy is using them this year (1 way radios)
I think most tracks are going to the 1 way radios(Raceivers seem to be most popular). I think this is a good move. Not only will it help with lineups and get the racers started faster, I think it will also cut down on some cautions as the track can let everyone know of accidents ahead of them and that they need to avoid the high side/low side.
Pincrest, I just meant Suby Man's car looks so damn light and it is so small! I don't think he will be overweight to the extent he was last year. I hope they close the 4 cylinder field up a little bit. Not much fun seeing the same guys running out front week after week! unless they are from Stayner of course...
Dan, who's the race fan?
On the topic of radios, I think they should allow them. Might stop a couple of wrecks from getting worse. Also can help with the lines some drivers are running! The crew can have them run a cleaner line in practice by telling them what might help! just a thought. Might stop people from cutting into another car on the inside as well as your spotter will let you know there is a car down low...Less wrecks means less fights in the pits afterwards as well....
how much do these things cost though?
The 1-way Raceivers are $200 taxes in from Kenyon racing in Kemptville. I can assume they are similar prices at other racing shops.
