He has a floater he can use and knows what he has to do to get the car ready! it doesn't matter about the aero part of it. It's just the year of the car. They let you use a 1989 Cutlass nose cone, so why not let the 1988 or 89 cutlass run as they are the same body style and meat the body year specification rule
