Maybe on special nights it would be a good idea to double up on the St. John's service to help avoid delays like that. The introductions could have been done in half the time too, but that was the announcers fault.
As far as the food situation is concerned. If it was me and I knew that there was going to be an issue because of a freezer problem, I would have sent one of my staff with one of the track trucks and went to Orillia and bought every friggin burger from every friggin grocery store in town.
With the other track not running there should have been better preparation. I'm sure that there was a lesson learned by the track and these mistakes and issues won't happen again.

There's an easier way. Ban Crumby's [sp] Mum from the tracks ! She's a frikkin liability to every track she steps foot in. There's no way we can get the hours of my life and the lives of hundreds of race fans back that she's wasted at Barrie, Sunset and Peterborough but stop the madness ! Ban ban ban ban
