I don't say much on these messages but I will here. I could careless if there 6 cars battling a champion is a champion. If you have a issue with the track talk to the track belittling people that race there and win championships. That is just not right.

If you left there that is fine but others still call that there home track and they shouldn't have to hear they are going to be laughed at in 2010. There is still people racing and fans still attending the track and they enjoying cheering for there drivers.

Just because one or two people leave to go to another track doesn't mean you or others should try and ruin there experience at the track.

This is not just addressed to Kahnefreak and I'm not picking on you just a great place to quote to make a point and that is all. Also this goes out to others that have issues with there tracks.

I'm beginning to think teams and drivers need to communicate with each other and the tracks they race at.

Thanks for listening

Evan

All the champions from Barrie from 2009 should enjoy it and be proud as there was a decent car count this year at Barrie......The 2010 Champs will probably be laughed at with half a dozen cars in each class, it would be easy to win a championship at Barrie in 2010 with the current management and the track going downhill. I am glad everybody has seen it for what it actually is......The reason we left mid season last year because those morons took the fun out of racing. JMO

Evan, you make a good point, but there are 2 sides to every story. Drivers have spent 2 years trying to talk to the track owners, but they don't seem to be listening. Coming on here and venting is the only way they have left to express their opinions. Maybe they are hoping the owners will read these threads and start making the changes the drivers want. After all no drivers no show. They are the show.Attacking others and belittleing is wrong, but there has been things that have happened that if the track had stepped in right from the start, and put a stop to it, they would still have one of the best car counts in Ontario. People got hurt, cars got destroyed, but nothing was done. BSW is on of the best facilities around but in all honesty they need to listen and cater to the drivers. They need to enforce the rules they set out right from the beginning. The drivers will respect the track when the track respects the drivers.... just my opinion......

Yes listening to the drivers is a good thing as no drivers no show but people coming on here and saying 2010 champion will be a joke or laughed at is no joke as these guys/girls love to race for a championship no mater what the car count is.

If you feel the track is not listening and you have valid points get a bunch of drivers and teams together and go see the management and if they don't want to listen what can you do? Go race somewhere else but the drivers that still race there and want to race there, should be treated as any other racer in any series or any track that is the point I make here.

It was sad to see people already talking about 2010 champion in a negative way when there hasn't even been one crowned not something I would want to here as a driver or team from that track.

You are right Evan, 2010 isn't even here yet so lets see what happens. It will all be decided at the drivers meeting in the new year. Lets hope BSW will read and maybe get it, if not Sunset is going to be very busy. Hopefully both will split evenly, although I do think many will want to check out the new track when it opens, I believe opening day there will be more than they can handle. Everyone is going to want to try  a spin on the new track for sure......
