Won't matter if they add weight again, they have allowed the burrows boys and Slaughter to move there weight back to the front of there cars and even let them remove some of the weight. Tech on Sat. night was a quick glnce at the cars and out the door, it was mid season for crying out loud.
Your absolutely right Tooner I saw that Slaughter had moved the weight as far forward as possible with out bolting it to the firewall . I watched them weigh a Thunder car that was not even all the way on the scales . As a rule over the years the mid seasons are when tech was really heavy as to root out the guys that were cheating so the second half of the season could start off on even footing but that sure was not the case at Barrie on Saturday night .
Barrie is a great facility but I really wouldn't blame anyone taking advantage of things while the tech department is such a mess.

actually big dog it seems as if Brad Richmond is on his own! He's not blind at all I think he just doesn't have an interest in looking at the 4 cylinder class a little closer that's why Joe was put there! I think they need to bring somebody else in for the 4 cylinder class! They had Terry Nitbon the 2001 Champion tech the 4 cylinders in 2002 and it seemed to work! but he left after that season. Hmmm just a thought! we should have our own tech man and not just a helper or assistant. The tech man should have the final say! not the other tech guy or the track! then things would be back on track again! WE'll just have to wait and see if anything gets done cause without tech being done properly and guys possibly winning while not legal brings too many politics, disputes, fights into racing and it just takes all the fun out of it!
