The word came from the constuction guys at the track,I'm a believer that its sold until St.Onge or Brad says different and that aint gonna happen, also the activity going on at the track is a great deal more than tidying things up for Nascar.Last week nothing was said to us in the drivers meeting but l fully expect to hear that its sold in this weeks meeting and l for one think its just great.Barrie needs a few more finishing touches and there will not be a track that can even come close.I think Barrie news is the official speedway line just gettting us primed so that no body takes a heart attack lol.
Doherty like the man said call St.Onge or Moran and ask them, its that simple.
I for one hope they do continue to grow but in the same sence I do not want to see the cost of racing sky rocket (Can afford it now as it is lol). I sure don't want to see them get rid of the lower racing classes either. I love to race and don't want to go anywhere else. Broadway where do we find this press release???
The official press release has not been issued yet,it will have to be by Saturday before the lid blows off, but the word is out literally at the track today amongst the workers.l think that it is not just a rumor or some one having some fun it is a serious business and the truth. To answer your question l think it should be great for the lower classes as things can only get more organized, both teching and officiating wise and l hope the new ownership realise that the lower classes are the life blood of the speedway and they deserve more attention and encouragement in order to grow.
this weeks show sponsor is northline contracting.............
Yea and last week was Whelen, are you the guy on Gaunt's crew ?
