Um I could be wrong but I thought I seen a sign up at the front kiosk at Sunset that says no outside food or drink allowed. I only drive by that area on my way to the pits but I thought that I seen it out of the corner of my eye because I remember thinking.. ahhh cheap bugger.

I always remembered bringing a cooler full of drinks and treats for the kids as part of a nites racing when I was a bench warmer. Also included in this nite of racing was buying some "race track" fries or a burger but I still brought some drinks and little snacks for kids.

Does anyone out there know what time the pits open, nothing on the web site or schedule, and I don't give a rats ass, I am cooking for my crew, my boys get fed whether they like it or not, I will cook in the parking lot and hand it through the fence. But if anyone knows what time the gates open please let me know,

hey just want to know if anyone has contacted the track over the phone or web, to let them know how much the high food prices may effect the turn out every weekend? just wanted to know because if we all did it could start to turn around. My thought is that they are trying to make back all the money they paid for the track in one year. 😀 😀 😀

ya we are planing to bring ours as well, it a long day and you can spend an arm full of cash just to feed the crew. If they say something then I will just take it out side the gates.
