According to many of the racefans that go to both tracks, the LLM car count is higher at Sunset and the thunder car counts are very close to each other. I like the thunder car races at Barrie as the cars appear to be set up better and run quicker. The LLM car count being more at Sunset gives for more thilling racing as the more experienced drivers have more cars to get past in order to win. The LLM's at Barrie put on a good show, also. It's just the poor officiating that allows too much rough driving to go on. I realize we need some bumping and grinding but not the deliberate hits to put a driver and his car at great risk.

I agree the intentional, 'put him into the wall' hits are rediculous, but we have had far less of those of late, and two weekends ago we ahd 16 LLM and Sunset had 15...

hey was wondering if anybody knows anything about Crystal Doucettes apparent black flag in the feature august 25th?? Apparently she brushed Tia into Johnny Crossman from what i hear and then she got blag flagged before Johnny looped it going into corner 1 as his tire was cut down!! well apparently Crystal was going to protest the black flag. If anybody knows what happened in that protest i would be very curious what the outcome was seeing as from what i hear Crystal did not cause the tire to be cut down!!! I am assuming she got her points for last place instead of the black flag because on the website it does not say BFRD beside her name on the stats page as well i believe she recieved points as if she finished in last or something along those lines....Did they over turn the black flag or did the stats guy just make a mistake??? I don't feel it was her fault anyways.....

On the otherhand Mitch Casey spun Crystal out on the last lap of our 2nd heat and was black flagged for that....well i did the math and did not see a BFRD beside his name for the heat. He was given last place points for that as well. That to me is wrong. He should have 4 less points and it should go against his handicap!

So 2 black flags were shown in the charger division on August 25th and none of them were penalized in the points or the handicap!!!! doesn't make sense to me why on earth they would throw the black flag if they were just going to give them points anyways!!

Anyways that's my vent for the day......lol

Sorry Scooter but you are dead wrong in your last comment. The black flag rule has to apply to all classes that race and be consistant to the same rules. Just because the Charger division is for new drivers doesn't mean they should be cut any slack at all. The rules have to be same across the board for all divisions.
