Is it just me or does the announcer that's explaining the race for Rogers make it sound like a horse race ? I'd personally like the sound of the revving engines heard much better .....Just my opinion , anyone care to agree or disagree ?

Why watch it anyhow? It's edited all to hell!

dave does a great job commentating, but i'm really tired of the fact, THAT ALL controversial incidents are editted out of the show. bullshit!

They were showing EACH and EVERY incident earlier in the year. Maybe they got a call on the red phone telling them not to do it anymore. I actually found it very helpful.

Dave does a good job, plus he's a great guy. I sat with him for about 20 minutes one night, it was cool to sit and talk racing with him.

It's a work in progress... I think maybe now they are getting him to do a commentary on the race after it's filmed. I think that's a move backwards.

I think I like the way they use to do it better, not to say that Dave didn't do a fantastic job on the one last nite. Maybe there was just too much going on Saturday nite and Rogers felt that it would be better to have a commentary laid over the footage rather than have all the highlights around the track being aired as well, it was a very busy place with lots going on all over the place and Dave stayed on top of all of it, commenting on everything going on.... guess we will find out if this is to be the new norm or if it will go back to the way they were doing it. As far as incidents being aired, given the nature of a few of them, I can understand why they don't want them aired. Not really good for the track showing some of it, but this is just my guess....
