Ok kinda lame over here so I'll start off with the 20 min rundown. Pizza Pizza 300 won by Steckly the point leader, for his 2nd Barrie win of the season (Duplicating Kennington's efforts in 2007). Third career win for Steckly at Barrie as well( also the track he notched his first win at in May of 06) Scott took the lead on lap 111 down the backstretch from #4 Donnie Thomson Jr and then lost it when he pitted on lap 129. Took lead for good on a restart on lap 207, and actually Thomson Jr looked to get a great run to the outside of Steckly on lap 247 when Steckly blatently dumped Donnie as I saw it and it wasnt deemed a foul??? #02 Kerry Micks kept a clean car under him all night long and climbed back to 2nd, after spinning on his own accord early and being shuffled to the rear early on. Thomson Jr finished 3rd in what was another hard luck run for him at Barrie. Barrie boys #12 John Gaunt and #9 Mark Dilley would finish 4th and 5th respectively so that was great to see. One of the better NCATS races at Barrie speaking from my own enjoyment level. Best race of the night was the Thunder feature!! What more can I say the PRINCE rules the roost!!!LOL Great exciting feature that was mired by only a single caution and our own Polish Prince comes home the victor!!!!= PRICELESS!!! Belesky lead nearly the entire way after passing #92 Dan Dixon on lap 3. Dixon, held on for 2nd , with #15 Donny Brandon, #44 Dave Doucette, and point leader #49 "Flyin" Frank Davey completing the fast five. Doucette would go quickest in pre race time trials in 15.630 sec. This mark would fall slightly short of the track record of 15.479 sec. set by Eddie Tremblay last season. Pure Stock race won by #2 Ben Melenhorst, his 4th of the year. #97 Thayne Hallyburton capped off his win last week with a strong 2nd, while #92 Ralph Sikes, #63 Brandon Crumbie, and #91 Kyle Lethbridge would round out the top 5. Ben would also set a new track record with a clocking of 16.819 sec. with the #4 of Mike Meyer also breaking the 17 sec. barrier in time trials. (16.936 sec.) Charger feature it was #33 Crystal Doucette also taking her 4th feature of the season. #2 Billy Melenhorst would finish 2nd with #90 Jim MacDonald, #21 Desi Walt, and #77 Larry McKinnon finishing the fast five. Melenhorst would also set a Charger time trial track record of 16.987 sec. and by virtue of that and the 2nd in the feature now holds a slim 1 point lead over Desi heading into next weeks championship night!!! Cant ask for much closer than that, but the more amazing thing is both continue to race like champions!!! And no matter who comes out of this one the bridesmaid, I think you both should be proud of yourselves for your accomplishments this season, and thanks from all of us for the great racing the Charger division has seen this year. Much more competitive in this class from top to bottom this year and you all have run ultra clean the entire season so a big congrats to ALL Charger drivers!! Well there you have it ....... FROM THE CHEAP SEATS........ Sorry its a little shotty this week but I'm tired will add more focus later!!!!LOL

I do think the Charger races of the last two weeks could have been a lot cleaner, there are a couple drivers in a rush to the front who are creating situations that end up taking out others who are looking to race clean, who realize that 20 laps is plenty to get to get where you need to go, and that this is first and foremost a FUN class. I am also saying this cause I don't have any parts cars left, haha.

so true charger49 and if i do recall had one of the charger drivers come down into the pit area afterwards and say that some in our division drove like idiots last night, not going to point fingers but since when do you get your spot back after going through pitlane like a couple of drivers tryed last night, not once but twice?

it was great to see Belesky win one...it has been coming for awhile now!

I had a good night...ran a terrible time trial, but had a good feature! Things are starting to look up! haha
