ah well I think Sunset will hold off on cancelling anything now for sure. Doens't make sense to cancel early with the weather the way it is. I just looked at the radar and everything is moving east and is far past the Barrie area now. and no other weather is coming this way in the immediate future. I wonder how many Barrie cars will be at Sunset?

Oh and Thayne you hit it right on about the owners of Barrie Speedway....they don't care about the drivers. they care about the dollar. They probably cancelled it cause the crowd would be too little. But if it's not raining then there is no reason to cancel it whether the crodw is small or not is not fair to the drivers and people who put their time into racing. Gotta please the drivers so in return they can please the crowd....not a great way for the owners to start off the 09' campaign.....IMO

Whos all going to sunset?? we might head down there. Kenny Cox might be racing at sunset tonight due to "bad weather" at barrie.

They definatly cancelled because they wern't gunna the crowd! its supposed to be 3 degrees tonight, no one wants to go sit in cold wet stands, well unless you really care about racing that is  😛
