And ya that RC car although you cant see it well was pretty cool.. Apparently it does upwards of 70mph and can run on grass, dirt, pavement you name it... It got a really big pop from the crowd actually..
yea we have one that does 60
its a truck...pretty badass...14 bucks to fix the front suspension that was ripped off due to a tree jumping in the way....now that's cheap fun.
What make is it Thayne? I have a Traxxas T-Maxx. Its pretty darn fast if I could ever tune it right.
same thing with the upgraded motor and shocks...
Just my 2 cents on the four- banger deal, engines, I agree it is hard police all of the different makes, but i bet a quick vacuum at idle check would root out alot of cam issues. first thing I personally would like to see is the rules used to be STOCK suspension, with the possible exception of right front camber, why does every mini sit three inches higher on the right? is that stock? and how about only one tire size difference for stagger purposes, not four or five? how about only STOCK parts in the drivetrain? From air intake to exhaust? you know, the way the class was first brought out....
Tex, what do you think our deal is? Wills car has been in tech every night accept one time when he got a 4th, and they are just adding weight now becouse everything else they check is legal.
The deal is that Will stays out of trouble and watches all the other morons wreck in heats that dont pay for anything, and we keep the car maintained so it stays in top form. We go to all the specials at other tracks, Peterborough one night to when it rained, keeps the driver on the wheel learning news skills he can take back to Barrie. A little bit of Thunder car knowledge and knowhow doesnt hurt either 😉
