There is always going to be a rivalry betweeen the two places, which i think is just healthy fun. I also think that it is neat how both tracks offer somehting different. Sunset has a car count and Barrie has the car quality (this cannot be argued). The way I see it is...Sunset in the very near future will all be a subdivision and its unfortunate, but the man who pays hte bills there is a business man first and foremost,s o hebought the place for the property and everyone knows it.
