Congrats to Thayne on his first TC feature win!! It was a highly entertaining race and he certainly earned it! Very good stuff indeed. The rest of the evening was as well except for the rain delay, but for those who stuck it out it was well worth it.
Just for the record, Barrie Speedway ain't going anywhere. The count may be a bit slim right now but the show is as good as ever and the people are buying the tickets. Myself, I'm quite happy to split my Sat nite race outings between Oro and Innisfil. That's the best part of being in between the two! Variety!!  ;D

Congrats to Thayne as well, the practice payed off.  Jimmy sure busted out to an early and big lead, but almost seems with 40 laps to run maybe the hoss power melted the goody out of the rear tire.

Best race of the night was Melson and Belesky for the heat win, side by side every inch of the way, with Steve fighting back to muscle out the win.

Yes that was a great heat race with Jimmy and Steeve door to door the entire distance.. Been ultra clean, respectful, and competitive in Thunder Car this year.. Kudos to all those guys you really make the night exciting..

Pretty tight finish in that first LLM feature with Inglis looking low on Quesnelle out of 4 on the final two laps but unable to get by.. 7/100ths of a second was the difference between the two drivers on the transponders when the checkered flew..

Great night of racing, one of the best I have seen in a long time. The only thing I did not like was a bit of position playing in one of the thunder car heats. I will not mention any names as this will lead to a bunch of crap. Lost a lot of respect for driver and crew. The point system that bsw has decided to use has lead to this, outside of that  a good night. Congrates to Thayner he drove one hell of a race.

Zero, you don't have to mention names. I know your referring to us in the 2nd round of heats. Were were havig an issue with the new intake leaking a bit at the back of it. we needed to make sure we'd get through the 40 laps in the feature so that's why we started and parked. We asked if we had to start the race to get our position for handicap in the feature, cause we weren't even going to start the race. We weren't given a definitive answer so we did what we did to make sure. The heat races this year have no bearing on where we start for the feature. So I started where I started on handicap from the previous 3 features. If there was nothing wrong with the intake leaking a bit, I would have gone for the gusto and tried to win another one for sure cause that's the type of guy I am and I have that competitve nature.
