No idea of precise fan numbers, but 90% capacity anyway. The stands were nearly full, including the large temp stands.

Well see no one went 3 for 3, but for SCROAD 49 who clearly picked right after he got home from the races!!!LOL Geez get a life man!!LOL Anyways nobody had Steckly for the win either, so this weeks a wash!!! No bragging rights. Will make another thread for St. Eustache race and see how it goes????LOL

Well i would say the NCATS race was another entertaining race from the fans side of things, as I'm sure most of the teams are scambling to get their cars ready for this weekend in St. Eustache. However here are some of my goods and bads of the events, and I'll be as polite as possible.
1. Why do we call the series Nascar Canadian Tire series sponsored by Sirius Satellite radio since Sirius has no appearance at the 2 events I've been to so far Cayuga and Barrie?? If they were at Mosport please correct me.
2. Great seating at the Barrie race with the temporary grandstand hopefully they look into similar seating for Kawartha as it would lead to some great viewing especially if the larger temporary stands are used.
3. Definitely glad I took food with me as the price for food as warned was more then the average track. Didn't really see any lineups during the day but then again that might have to do with the pricing, no one was there to signup for food loans so they could feed their family.
4. What happened to Barrie broadcasting the race over a scanner frequency like last year? Not that there wasn't plenty of chatter on the scanner but having the race commentary broadcast just like the US NASCAR races was a major plus on my par last year for Barrie.
5. What happened to the no lawn chair rule? As there were 3 lawn chairs sitting in front of the section i was sitting in alone.
6. Great to see Canadian Tire and suppliers for getting some merchandise so we fans can start buying products to show our support for our favourite drivers.
