Well Thayne, I think they'd try and make it the same type of scheduled event as were running Sat if it indeed rains. ( But lets just get that thought out of our mind lol). Now they might run the NCATS first with an early afternoon start time at say 1pm but I think both 4 cyl divisions and Thunders would most def be included in the show. I think this would work as well if it does rain cause if you started the Barrie divisions at say 4 or 5pm after the NCTS race they might attract just as many cars as a regular Sat night, and would probably be easier to attend for those that might be working Sunday earlier on. With this 2:10pm start time we have for Sat for Barrie car heats I'm worried that a few of the regular runners might have work commitments and be unable to attend. ( After all this early time was only posted the other day on the web) Was it told to EVERYONE in the drivers meetings that the Barrie program starts at 2pm Sat??? This could hinder us in the future cause if some of these guys do work Sat and cant show they might not worry so much about there current point standings and could take other weeks off during the year, thus slightly lowering the car count!!
it wasn't said...but i werk in midland till 1...so I have my work cut out for me to get there in time...im not sure if i will go home first or if i will just head straight there....but i may miss the first heat is there are any complications.
Definitely hoping to see the race on Saturday instead of running the race on Sunday as I won't be able to attend. So let's keep those raindrops away on Saturday.LOL
I think that will be VERY tough to do...the forecast is grim at best.
Well that's not very positive barrie97ps. 😀
