What type of header are they allowed to run at Varney in super street stock,all the rule says is 1 5/8 tube with a 2 1/2 outlet???

the headers are a standard downdraft header no crossover with a 2 1/2 collector to reduce to 2 1/4 within six inches of the collector. not allowed a balance/x pipe and must run two offset mufflers
