I have come to the sad realization that it doesn't seem to matter what the weather forecast says that it would be easier to just shake a "Magic 8 Ball" and ask WILL THERE BE RACING this weekend at SUNSET?
AS I shake the ball right now it says the outlook looks good, as I shake it again well..... lets take the first answer..lol
There have been sooo many rainouts I wonder if the THUNDER CAR mid-season will even happen at this point! Perhaps raindates should be included for regular racing also just not when OSSCAR is in town? Just a thought.
I am hoping to attend Saturday when I get done work. I have had a FULL 3 DAYS of racing on the weekend and the shakes have stopped completely so SATURDAY would be the gravy if you will. I hope to see the usual suspects there and experience what has been eluding me for a while now.
WATCHING A RACE AT SUNSET SPEEDWAY!

I am *DYING* to go racing. So bad. I think everybody's been going through withdrawls. I mean when I had my old car I could drive like a crazylady... with the truck I am not risking rolling my baby 🙁 hahaha
Part of me says YAY RAINDATES! and the other part of me says "NO RAINDATES!" Why? Because pretending I am an adult, and working a shitty shift fulltime really takes a toll on the sleepy pattern... which means Sunday is the only day of rest for me, and if I'm rushing on Saturday (while weather is wonderful :P) to get ready for racing and we don't, it means Sunday is rushy all over again and I am exhausted forever. 🙁 It's a vicious cycle I tell you.
Hey Daisy, did you make it out to any tracks last weekend? A whole bunch of us were at Barrie on Saturday (including drive32) - it was a blast.

my guess is if it rains within 24hrs of the event it will be called

I swear it's suppose to rain Friday and Sunday, but not Saturday.
Figures, we'd probably be flooded regardless. :'(
I just wanna go fast. 🙁 (or as fast as that tempo will take me hahah)
