That would be totally awesome! from a fans perspective i know i would definitely follow that thunder series....i think sunset, barrie, kawartha, peterborough and mosport would be great tracks for that!

Mosport may get on board huge because they are desperate for TC...u may not have to pay much to rent it...

Whoever is leading this should talk to the tracks right now. See if they are agreeable, and will pencil in a wednesday night to add to their schedual. As a Wednesday night won't bump anything, I think they would be agreeable to reserve a date.

I wouldn't rent the track. I believie renting the track would mean you would be responsible for ticket sale, officials, cleanup ect... Simply get a sponsor for the series. Sponsor is responsible for the purse. Track dosn't have to pay out anything, and they get to keep the ticket sales, in return for staffing the track and letting us use it.

Also you have to think about how to run a 3 hour show. We cannot run our cars for 3 hours. It would have to be a 200 lapper or something like that. So you'd need to find something to fill the rest of the time, like another division...
