the crate comes with its own intake...which isn't the 2101...
Thanks Joe that saves me from the argument on Sunday, I was right for once, lol.
they are not being released....nor do they need to be.....it isnt fair for the world to know how much HP dave is making...but based on what we know about the builts it isnt that hard to figure out.

Hi just to clear a few things up this is what I did, I put Daves motor on and ran it the way that it came out of his car with his intake, exhaust, carb and dis then we changed the intake to the 2101 and the spec canton spacer and ran it.
We then put Toms motor on as it came from GM that is with the intake that it comes with from the factory we add the Canton spec spacer and Daves exhaust, carb and dist and ran it the crate made 17 more horse power, Daves motor made 10lbs more torque.
This was a true test same Dyno, exhaust, carb, spacer and Dis.
I hope that clears some things up

Tom Walters 602 crate engine, did it still have the factory sealing bolts or was it rebuild?
Toms 602 create still had the factory bolts in it and was not rebuilt.
