Steve come back to BSW, Sunset was so quick to ban you and to come back now and say gee we made a mistake just won't cut it in my opinion. The damage is done and with drivers and fans up in arms about this would the apology be sincere or just a way of trying to cut their loses with what they did. How do you know they wouldn't be so quick to do to you again. Before they did what they did it should have been a conversation and taking time to asses the whole situation. Seems to me they used you as the escape goat and like I said earlier BSW would be proud to have you back racing on our track again. I am also sure a lot of drivers would love having to chance to race you again..... Steve come back, Sunset isn't your home anymore, home is where you can be sure you won't be thrown out at the drop of a hat..... and I really want to watch you race at the track I call home. ;D
I'm not sticking up for Wes nor do I know him or Mickey.
As for the tires how do you know the guy Junior spoke to was a guy that knew if Wes had placed the order or not? I knowmany times when I sold computers my boss had no clue what I had on the go as all he cared about was the money made when the sale closed.
Not saying this is the case and not doubting that Junior called. We have some facts but maybe not all or Junior could be 100% and they were never ordered.
Now for Mickey yes Mickey came on here and started on everyone as soon as they started posting and that is a good reason why Mickey has been banned from the site and also been told they are not even welcome as a guest on the site.

Yes the driver shouldn't be banned from the track it is just not right and not handled professionally. This should have been a meeting behind close doors with the two people involved. As a owner I would be a pissed about hearing this on an open forum as it make me look bad but if I was not telling the truth it makes me look bad.
I guess as an owner he is the boss of what happens at his track and he can ban a driver if he likes. Might turn around to bite him in the but as it seems to be doing a bit.
I think people forget how powerfull the net is and how quick things move and people hear about things and some people don't understand how the net works.
We are playing with a lot a variables here when posting here. So when I edit a post here and put some red in it is to protect you as the member and also protect the site as well. We keep on throwing wood on a fire and it gets bigger and then out of control. We can throw enough wood on it to keep it burning just to keep us warm.
I hope people get what I'm saying and I hope Steve and Wes work it out so he is back racing.
Evan do i agree with you on this one.Wes , get rid of Mickey before irreparable damage is done that cant be fixed. I love the thunder cars that race at sunset and would be devastated if this was not fixed.Please call junior before this goes any farther and come to some sort of neutral solution , if not for the track,do it for the fans that show up every sat. night to support sunset speedway.

How about just number 2??? the way I see it is Jr. never said anything nasty or slanderous of Sunset Speedway he just simply stated a fact and Wes reacted (overreacted IMHO) as a fan and supporter of racing I don't like being lied to, but it seems these days only a few people have 1 face, most tend have one for public and one for behind the scenes I like most of Wes's ideas but he is way wrong on this one and it could have serious back lash on his $1000 Thunder invitational on Aug 16th, you can't just boot one of your top 5 drivers because you want to pout like a child because you got caught in a "Bare face LIE" and the best part is according to actual LAW he cannot ban Steve Jr. for slander or whatever because that would impead Steves given right to compete, I believe Barrie Speedway tried this back in the '80's do to some wreckless driving but found out quickly that they couldn't I for one say I'll back Steve he did nothing wrong and I hope he's there next week with Lawyer by his side!! don't fight fire with fire just get a bigger hose and put it out LMAO
