Thanx Amanda. You know things would just go so much smoother if Wes would get in front of people and fill them in or at least appoint somebody to do that.
The drivers meetings are a perfect place to let everybody know that the website and points are being taken care of and we haven't forgot about ya'll or maybe even just thank us for being a part of the evenings program... my god it can't be that hard to just make people feel like people.
I totally agree, if it wasn't for me I don't think half of you would know who was scoring.. LOL They should have put something up on the old website saying there was a new one being made. I too found it very frustrating checking every couple hours in hopes it was updated. Let's hope the new site is well worth the wait!!!! 🙂
Just for the record the login info was given to the new webmaster weeks ago and they do have access. That is confirmed because the marquee was changed by the new guy, not by Simon. Now it would be nice if it got changed again.
At this point it would be better to put up a white placeholder page saying "come back next week" then to leave the old one in place. I just hope for the track's sake that the new people will put together an unbiased informative website.

I got a sneak preview of the tracks new website last Saturday, and it looks great! I don't think you have to worry about any bias, because all the new guy is doing is posting whatever the track gives him.
Here is the best it ever was.http://www.sunsetspeedway.ca /"> http://web.archive.org/web/20050610073410/http://www.sunsetspeedway.ca/
