Damm,it will be a real shame if Sunset gets sold......The new owner was doing a hell of a job,we will miss him dearly.... 😛 😛 😛

Just to set the record straight, the track has not been sold., but I do have two very good offers on it at this time.
As I have said before everything has a price, when I am offered the right price I will sell.
Still waiting for that right price!
