RRRcrew that is what they do in my city with closed up gas stations. There are all types of levels of contamination. Sometimes the oil companies just take out the tanks and the soil around them and sit on the property for 5 years and they are some how "clean" after that and usable for anything. Like a Timmies.LOL.

it cost us around $40000 to clean up our old track and that included a phase two envoro study, not millions.
